- Volunteering with OBI in Lousiana!
OBI is looking for teams of skilled and unskilled laborers as well as medical professionals to provide
ongoing relief and recovery for hurricane-devastated communities.
- Helping out at your
local OBI outreach center. Tasks might include bagging groceries for the hungry
at an upcoming food distribution, wrapping donated Christmas gifts, or assisting the
center leaders during a Back-To-School event.
- Equipping a school-age boy or girl living in poverty by putting together
Pencil Case Kit!
- Assembling a Disaster
Relief Kit. Help OBI prepare for the next natural disaster! Make it a fun church,
class, or neighborhood activity!
- Encouraging boys and girls you know to become involved with Quarters
from Kids. It
is a nationwide, grassroots effort to engage young Americans, and adults
who work with them, in a collective response to the tsunami disaster in Asia. Operation
Blessing is one of their relief partners.
