Non Rawung has served as the director of Operation Blessing in Indonesia (Obor Berkat Indonesia) since April 1999. Under Non's direction, OBI has joined forces with at least 100 organizations to meet the physical and economic needs of 260,000 Indonesians, an average of 5,000 people per month. Such partnering agencies include Samaritan's Purse, Habitat for Humanity and Mission Aviation Fellowship.

Obor Berkat Indonesia is the only non-governmental organization that funds continuing medical missions in Indonesia. Medical teams have been to more than 700 locations treating 100,000 patients while providing everything from basic medical care and cleft lip and palate surgeries, to life-saving services.

Since Dec. 26, 2004, Non has overseen the tsunami relief effort in Banda Aceh. Her team has coordinated dozens of medical clinics, distributed food and emergency aid packages, run various cash-for-work projects and is building a permanent medical clinic, homes and fishing boats.

Before her career in humanitarian aid, Non spent 27 years in the banking industry. Her positions included being the Assistant Manager at Panin Bank in Indonesia, Vice President as a treasurer at American Express Bank, and Vice President of Rabo Bank in Jakarta. Her experience has given her the professional edge needed in working with donors and government officers. Non has been to the United States, Egypt, India as well as countries in Europe and Asia.

A native of Gorontalo, Indonesia, Non lives in Jakarta with her husband. The couple has a grown daughter and granddaughter.
