Francis Osei

OBI GHANA

Francis Osei joined the Operation Blessing International staff in Ghana in June, 2003. Under Francis' direction, OBI focuses on providing education, medical care and fresh water supplies to rural villages in the heart of Ghana.
Osei received a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from University of Science and Technology in Ghana in 1978. He also earned a masters of arts in organizational leadership from California's Azusa Pacific University and attended Maui's Haggai Institute in Hawaii where he was awarded a certificate in advanced leadership studies.
Osei is currently pursuing his doctorate in biblical counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary in Indiana.
Before joining OBI, Osei worked with WorldReach and served as National Director in Ghana for Campus Crusade for Christ from 1987 to 1997.

His travels have taken him across North America, various corners of Africa, and parts of Europe and Asia to countries such as Germany, The Netherlands and Korea. Osei is a dedicated husband and father of four children.
