 In remote, impoverished regions of China's Gansu Province, OBI is helping villagers harness the power of the sun by using a solar oven to cook their food. The oven's mirrored surface uses sunlight to create concentrated heat, allowing villagers who live in these barren, high altitude areas to conserve firewood, coal and other limited resources.
