In developing nations where villagers struggle to find a consistent means of food, OBI is helping to provide food security by equipping families to run their own mini-farm. For $1,000, families will be provided with seed, tools, and livestock such as goats or pigs, rabbits, ducks and chickens. An agricultural specialist will train the family in gardening and animal husbandry, helping them to not only harvest food to eat and sell, but also produce offspring and seedlings to give to neighboring families in order to replicate the project.
Suggested Gift: $1,000 Or Share The Cost For $75
