Truck Driver - West Coast

Will transport product to and from assigned pick-up and delivery locations. Ensure safe operation of assigned OB tractor and trailer in compliance with Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations (FMCSR).

Qualifications:

• Ability to plan and execute travel-time that is in compliance with DOT regulations
• Ability to perform DOT compliant vehicle inspections
• Working knowledge of DOT 11,14 and 70 hour drive/work rule
• Working knowledge of trailer product placement in accordance with Federal Bridge laws
• Ability to communicate to donor ministries and dispatch in a positive manner
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.

Operation Blessing International (OBI), an international humanitarian relief and development organization, is seeking a highly-motivated Fund Developer to join its team of Major Donor professionals. The ideal candidate will cultivate donor relationships and convey the impact of OBI’s hunger relief, medical and disaster response programs. This goal-oriented individual will increase OBI giving through various fund-raising strategies, events, and initiatives.

Operation Blessing International (OBI), a faith-based humanitarian relief and development organization, seeks a detailed oriented professional to assist the International Finance Manager in processing financial transactions for international centers and operations support. Will assist with processing invoices, requisitions and contracts, maintaining accurate financial files and wire transactions for OBI operations.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Working knowledge of accounting principles a must
• Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks and MS Office, including Excel
• Knowledge of non-profit business, foreign ministries, overseas relations and activities, preferred
• Ability to work as an effective team member with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to frequent change
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and set and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle cross-functions and cooperate with various departments
• Must be a self-starter and initiative taker
